A native born Conch with more than 13
years experience in marine life collections, deep water diving, and animal
transports Ben Daughtry coordinates the daily operations at Dynasty Marine
Associates Inc. His reponsibilities include identifying, analyzing and
developing improvements in work productivity, quality, client relationships,
trade-shows and customer service.

P.J. Ramirez
Transportation Manager |
PJ manages and oversees the
transportation of cargo and aquamarine life nation-wide to our customers. He
assures the optimal functioning of our fleet of trailor trucks and has over 12
years experience in providing high quality delivery to all our destinations
within the United States.

Heath Laetari
VP, Diving Safety |
Heath is in charge of safety training
and supervision for Dynasty's diving team. He is a dedicated, professional,
certified deep-sea diver who upholds strict rules and regulations in diving
safety. Originally from Kansas, he worked at the Miami Seaquarium as a Sea Lion
trainer before joining our staff 5 years ago.

Karen Tatum
Facilities Manager |
With over 20 years of corporate
management experience, Karen’s background includes facilities operations,
accounting, sales and human resources. A long-time Floridian, Karen returned to
the Florida Keys and joined the Dynasty Marine team. Her interest in marine
animals and wildlife photography combines her love for the outdoors with her
career. |
Nahcole Sears
Lab Manager |
Nahcole has extensive marine biology
experience and has worked as a Biologist for the North Carolina Aquarium and
Florida Aquarium before joining our team. She received her Bachelor's in
Biology from The Florida Atlantic University and has dedicated the last 8 years
to the caring of aquatic life and laboratory facility management.

Ginny
Fishwick
Account Sales Representative |
Growing up on the Outer Banks of North
Carolina, Ginny spent her life studying and enjoying the wonders of the ocean.
While studying Marine Biology and Psychology at the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill, she completed internships at the Virginia Marine
Science Museum and Dolphin Research Center. She then worked for the Audubon
Aquarium of the Americas before finally joining the Dynasty sales team.

Lauren Emerson
Account Sales Representative |
Lauren has been a resident of the
Florida Keys for three years and is a graduate of Penn State University. She
has worked with the Dolphin Research Center protecting our oceans and has
extensive sales management experience. As an Account Representative at Dynasty,
she will assure you receive prompt attention and assistance with any inquiries
you may have. |
